We handle personal data for various purposes, based on your relationship with Tryggare Vård & Care, such as if you are a customer of ours, a relative of one of our customers, or if you have applied for employment with us. What rights do you have?
 

You can request information about your personal data at any time. If your data is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to request correction, amendment or deletion. You can also withdraw your consent when processing is based on such. We cannot delete data in case of statutory storage, for example according to accounting rules, or if they are needed for Tryggare Vård & Care commitments towards customers and employees.

To request information or make changes, contact us by completing and submitting the attached form according to instructions. Don't forget to include a certified copy of your valid ID to prove your identity. Without this, we cannot respond to your request. Share personal data

Tryggare Vård Och Omsorg i Sverige AB only forwards information to third parties when it is necessary to provide services or fulfill commitments towards, for example, a public client. It includes transferring information to the municipality according to the agreement for the handover of journal documents or reporting, to the Tax Agency or debt collection agencies. Your personal data can also be shared with Tryggare Vård & Care IT and business suppliers according to agreement to ensure the protection of your personal data. Disclosure of personal data may also occur in accordance with law, regulation or decision from a court or authority.
